Wedding Snaps Privacy Policy

Syncostyle Limited (trading as Jupli) ("we", "us" or "our") only collects the information necessary to operate the Wedding Snaps app.

Collected Data

When you register your wedding, we will ask you for information about your wedding such as your names, dates and times of the wedding, and your address for posting the photos to.

After a wedding is registered, a QR code and text code will be generated to allow guests to take photos at your wedding. Anyone with this code will be able to see your names and the start and end times of your wedding.

Photos

When guests at your wedding use Wedding Snaps to take a photo, the photo is uploaded securely to Wedding Snaps' server. These photos are stored for up to 365 days.

Your photos and shipping address will be shared with Prodigi (our "printing partner"). The photos will be seen by members of our printing partner's staff during printing and packaging.

Our printing partner will store your photo files for up to 180 days. They may store your address details for up to 7 years for their tax records. For more information, please see their privacy policy.

Payments

When you pay to register your wedding with Wedding Snaps, your payment is processed by Stripe (our "payment partner"). They store your payment details and email address securely. We do not ever have access to your card details, but may access transaction information given to us by Stripe. For more information, please see Stripe's privacy policy.

Your Data

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@weddingsnaps.app. We will remove as much data as we can, including asking our printing and payment partners to remove your information.
